It arrived quickly, well packaged, looks and works well. Used on a mitsubishi lancer. Opinions after a first use: although I read the VIN, I didn't manage to make a smart wine diagnosis, I had to set the car's identification manually. A second aspect, although it found three error codes in the light and rain sensors, failed to delete them. It can be better, especially since it is not multi-brand but dedicated to mitsubishi (this was my choice). The update went smoothly. A score, after a first use 4/5.

Looked carefully to ensure I was buying genuine. Which I assume I did by going to official store - and this is backed up by the tool registering with the foxwell activation site. Took only 3 working days fron Spain distribution to UK Deleivered by Parcel Force - i got the parcel force tracking numer by going to GLS tracking website. Put SD Card in PC (I had read to do this and not plug whole tool into PC} - The FoxAssist i had downloaded immediately picked up tool ID from SD card and registered with foxwell and downloaded the Mercedes software i chose. On car worked really well with advanced feature, and the menus do have text about what its actually going to do rather than leaving you in the dark. Some people commented it is slow - I did not find this to be the case - Faster than Mercedes genuine diags thats for sure. Highly recomend

I received a product that the seller set up the car brand at his own discretion. When asked about my situation and the brand I wanted, the answer within a few days was to look at the contents of the product page and follow the video. The video is a video of a person who receives a normal product signing up and starting. It didn't help at all. The seller read the message I posted in a few days, and asked me again what brand I wanted, so I just finished it. It was really angry and a mess.
